In Time Prayer Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the In Time Prayer mobile app (the “App”) for Android and iOS, published by Tazwat Technology. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Tazwat Technology Terms of Service, including the terms for all Tazwat apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
Accurate Islamic prayer times with adhan alerts, a Hijri calendar, a Qibla compass, a prayer tracker, a tasbih counter, adhkar and nearby mosques. Prayer times are calculated on your device.
Free. No in-app purchases. The app does not display ads.
3. Accuracy of Prayer Times
Prayer times, the Hijri date and the Qibla direction are calculated from your location and the calculation method you choose. Results can differ by a few minutes from your local mosque or official timetable, and compass readings can be affected by nearby metal or magnetic interference. Please verify with your local mosque or religious authority when precision matters.
4. Mosque Listings
Nearby mosques come from OpenStreetMap, a community-maintained map. Listings may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, and Tazwat Technology does not verify them.
5. Eligibility
In Time Prayer is a general-audience app. It is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Privacy
How the App handles your data is described in the In Time Prayer Privacy Policy.
7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazwat Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
