Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tazwat Technology website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Section 7 sets out additional terms that apply to our mobile apps.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tazwat Technology or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tazwat Technology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services or the performance of the products, even if Tazwat Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Tazwat Mobile Apps

These Terms also apply when you download or use a mobile app published by Tazwat Technology. Each app has its own terms page, listed below, with any terms specific to that app (for example, health or medical disclaimers). If an app’s terms page conflicts with this section, the app’s page applies to that app.

Our Apps

  • Tazwat Cycle (Android, iOS) — A private, offline-first period tracker. Log your period, flow, symptoms and moods, and get cycle predictions and reminders — all stored on your device.
  • In Time Prayer (Android, iOS) — Accurate Islamic prayer times with adhan alerts, a Hijri calendar, a Qibla compass, a prayer tracker, a tasbih counter, adhkar and nearby mosques. Prayer times are calculated on your device.

Terms for All Tazwat Apps

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute our apps except as permitted by law.
  • App stores: Your use of an app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). Apple and Google are not responsible for our apps or their content.
  • Privacy: How an app handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy and on that app’s privacy page.
  • Your data on your device: Where an app stores your content only on your device, you are responsible for that data. We cannot recover it if it is deleted or your device is lost.
  • Not professional advice: Unless an app’s page states otherwise, information shown in our apps is for general information only and is not medical, legal or financial advice.
  • Updates and availability: We may update, change or discontinue an app or any of its features at any time.
  • Age: Our apps are not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our apps only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Sections 4 (Limitation of Liability), 5 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and 6 (Governing Law) apply to our apps as well.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
