Tazwat Cycle Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the Tazwat Cycle mobile app (the “App”) for Android and iOS, published by Tazwat Technology. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Tazwat Technology Terms of Service, including the terms for all Tazwat apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
A private, offline-first period tracker. Log your period, flow, symptoms and moods, and get cycle predictions and reminders — all stored on your device.
Free. No in-app purchases. The app does not display ads.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Tazwat Cycle’s predictions (such as when your next period is expected) are estimates based only on the dates you enter. The app is not a medical device, must not be used as a method of contraception or to prevent or plan pregnancy, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health.
4. Your Data Stays With You
Because your cycle data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for it. We cannot recover it if you delete it, uninstall the app or lose your device.
5. Eligibility
Tazwat Cycle is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
6. Privacy
How the App handles your data is described in the Tazwat Cycle Privacy Policy.
7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazwat Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
